Do Blue Caged Birds Sing is an OOAK Mixed Media Collage.  The bird cage has an embossed metallic-like texture and swings freely.  Green leaves at the top of the canvas panel are attached at the base to provide three-dimensional texture. 

Blue background accents with dots and splatters.  Flowers are three-dimensional and raised off the surface of the panel. Canvas panel is 5" x 7" vertical format.  #mysticimagesart. #blue. #bird

Key to Paris. Up-cycled Art

Key to Paris is an up-cycled wall art/home decor piece.  Resin art has been embellished with alcohol inks, acrylic paints and postage stamps.  The left side features deep pink metallic stripes contrasted against black.  The key is antiqued with silver wax paste.  Two authentic French postage stamps are collaged over the postmark. Background is a subtle gray, accenting the depressed indentions of the postage stamp, map, and text. The piece is 6" wide x 8" tall and approximately 1/2"-3/4" in thickness.  The front of the plaque has been varnished.

I participated in the third Kaleidoscope Artisan Market held at Reiter Park in Longwood, FL near Orlando, FL.   on Thursday, July 11.  It is paired with the Food Truck event held monthly on the second Thursday of each month.  I have a wide range of my original artwork and prints for sale.  I'm also available to discuss opportunities for future classes to help expand your creativity.  Please make plans to come out and support your local artists in August.  Please check back often as well as my Facebook page and Instagram for more details about upcoming events.
