Key to Paris. Up-cycled Art

Key to Paris is an up-cycled wall art/home decor piece.  Resin art has been embellished with alcohol inks, acrylic paints and postage stamps.  The left side features deep pink metallic stripes contrasted against black.  The key is antiqued with silver wax paste.  Two authentic French postage stamps are collaged over the postmark. Background is a subtle gray, accenting the depressed indentions of the postage stamp, map, and text. The piece is 6" wide x 8" tall and approximately 1/2"-3/4" in thickness.  The front of the plaque has been varnished.
 The artwork has an almost stone-like appearance on the edge.  The back is flat black with a recessed sawtooth type hanger.  This artwork has been displayed at Kaleidoscope Venue for the Arts.   #mysticimagesart. #deeppink. #Paris. #key. #postagestamp. #postmark. #upcycled. #black. #silver
